"Enhancing Your Customer Experience with Analytics and Insights". In the new era of customer-centric digital business models, it takes more insights and analytics than ever before to craft and drive better customer experiences. The bar has been raised and the business needs a complete view of the customer experience – one that covers every angle of interaction to provide a 360-degree view of your customer. During this UAI Community Conversation, three utilities
– Tacoma Public Utilities, Exelon Utilities, and Consumers Energy – will share their customer experience analytics and insights to show how they are enhancing their customer experience, from developing a customer experience board and working group, journey mapping and customer segmentation to design thinking and voice of the customer.
