TOPIC 1: "Checklist analytics from pre-job tailboards" - We are looking for insight on how organizations are incorporating checklists into their pre-job planning, what data points are collected and how the data is used to drive safer work practices.
TOPIC 2: "Risk-based safety assessment for employees and high-risk jobs" - Discuss the development of a dynamic 360 view and score of safety jobs being done by your crew. Crew-specific factors can include overtime worked, training, previous injury history, and months in the role. Job-specific factors can include observation, incidents, near-miss call-outs on similar jobs, location-specific risk factors, environment-specific risk factors, and complexity/ risk of jobs.
TOPIC 3: "Modeling risk of drivers" - Discuss what data is being collected at organizations around drivers, driving activity and vehicles, from which potential risk factors for unsafe driving may be derived. How can unsafe driving be defined, besides risk of accident (a rare event)? How are organizations factoring in location data when determining driving risk?
