Join the UAI Customer Analytics Community for a LIVE! and interactive session as part of UA Week (UAI members register for free) on Wednesday, November 18 from 12:30 - 2:00 pm CT for a presentation on "Driving Organizational Success and Transforming Business". During this hybrid style session (four mini presentations and a panel discussion) we encourage Q&A and open discussion to create an interactive and engaging environment, so come with your questions on the topic. Transforming into a data decision-based company is one of the most difficult transitions a utility will make, and exploring and understanding how analytics can be used to support evolving customer expectations is an important part of that transition. Join the Customer Analytics Community to investigate how deploying customer analytics can help set-up your utility for success and truly transform your business. We will take you on a journey to discover how representatives from several utilities are navigating this process; those that have things already in place and those that have things in-process or planned. Every step of this expedition is important no matter where you are in the process!

During this special session, we will explore and broaden our understanding of various analytical methods and techniques, tools, and technologies that support customer analytics. Utility members will share their stories, challenges, resolutions, and lessons learned at all levels within their customer analytics journey; from identification of issues, implementation of customer analytics within the business, setting up KPIs to measure success, to how they go about the value capture process (i.e. determining what value the company can provide to its customers, determining the value the organization receives from is customer, and how you can successfully manage this value exchange via customer analytics), and how all of these things together, plus so much more, can set you up for success and transform you utility business.
