Join the Analytics Architecture & Technology (AAT) Community on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 1:00 PM CT for a presentation with Q&A and open discussion on “San Antonio’s CPS Energy Journey with its Analytics Ecosystem (3-5 Year Analytics Technology Roadmap)” with Rolando Vega, Interim Director, Advanced Enterprise Analytics at CPS Energy.

CPS Energy has put a heavy emphasis on key data governance elements and business processes to onboard data and citizen data analysts over the last 4 years. The team has been using an on-prem Hadoop data lake, coupled with Tableau and Alteryx tooling for reporting and advanced analytics, respectively. A critical point in the journey has been reached and in the next 6-months CPS Energy will be engaging the organization more broadly to formulate a more adaptable data strategy to enable agile creation of digital products for seamless and delightful experiences for its customers.
