TOPIC 1: "Using analytics to personalize products for customers"
Areas being discussed:
  • Do we know enough to differentiate the customer experiences?
  • Is a personalization strategy enough for this type of project?
  • How should you handle it at your utility?
TOPIC 2: "AI Ethics in Customer Experience"
Areas being discussed:
  • With the issues pertaining to AI ethics, should we be using AI to create a better customer experience?
  • With emerging technologies, intelligent machines will be interacting with customers via agents that mimic human like cognitive decisions. While we build such empathic relationships with these intelligent machines, we also make ourselves vulnerable to their influence. With the issues pertaining to AI ethics, should we be using AI to create a better customer experience?
