Session Description:

The utility industry is increasing its reliance on analytical models to predict the reliability and risk of its assets to improve safety performance and provide a means to more efficiently allocate resources. These models must be built with a strong consideration of the unique characteristics of each asset class such as the quantity of assets, sample size and granularity of data, and availability of mechanistic modelling methodologies. This presentation provides an overview of the Enbridge Gas Transmission and Distribution risk models and summarizes the similarities and differences in the Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) approaches.

This meeting is reserved for members of the UAI Natural Gas Analytics Community. UAI Utility members can register for this community by using our Community Registration Form.
