Session Description: Join us for this session for a review of the work done on Financial Health Analytics at Consumers Energy (as part of the CIA team) in 2020. The first part will comprise a walkthrough of the financial health customer segmentation part of the project and the second part will go into details of the forecasting work done as part of this project, both on consumption forecasting and load usage.
