Session Description:

Customers are at the center of everything we do. The Nicor Gas Data Analytic team’s priority is to enhance our company’s customer-centric culture to improve customer satisfaction and deliver added value for customers. Utilizing analytics, we've implemented several strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. These include developing tools to assist Nicor Gas employees in gaining a better understanding of our customer base. We've also identified specific actions for various departments to effectively respond to customer sentiments. Additionally, we've supported the Community Affairs department, resource and grocery events, and the Community Connection Center by employing data analytics approaches. Furthermore, we've taken the lead in conducting studies on past Nicor Gas Energy Efficiency Program participation, ensuring that we continuously evolve with our customers. Lastly, we've conducted thorough analyses of J.D. Power and Transaction Surveys to glean valuable insights.
