Session Description:
This presentation explores the creation of hourly load profiles for substations and feeders utilizing SCADA data. It delves into an algorithmic process to eliminate outliers and scale loading to align with peak- and min-day weather data. Linear regression and clustering algorithms are leveraged to construct a distinct daily load model for each month of each circuit. The overall aim is to enhance the modeling capabilities of our planning software and prepare for our future planning with Distributed Energy Resources (DERS)
