Session Description: Join us for an engaging session that explores two essential topics in the world of enterprise analytics. In the first part, we will delve into Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for Analytics, examining their structures, types, and what has proven successful or not. Through small group breakout discussions, participants will share their experiences and insights, covering organizational models, governance structures, and best practices for optimal CoE implementation. In the second part, we will tackle change management, focusing on internal marketing to promote analytics teams, drive adoption, and overcome cultural challenges. Additionally, we will discuss strategies for engaging senior executives as change management champions. Through interactive discussions, participants will exchange valuable ideas, lessons learned, and practical strategies. Together, we will shape the future of enterprise analytics excellence.
